Position: Accounting Staff

PT GLOBAL BERKAT USAHATAMA PALM OIL PLANTATION The palm oil industry is a strategic industry, which operates in the agricultural sector (agro-based industry) which is widely developed in tropical countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Currently, Indonesia is the largest palm oil producing country in the world, with CPO production reaching 45.5 million metric tons (MT) in the 2022/2023 period. PT Global Berkat Usahatama (GBU) is a CPO producer located in Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan. The managed plantation area is +20,000 Ha, consisting of core and plasma plantations, as well as coconut and palm oil processing factories with a capacity of 60 tons of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) per hour.

With quality human resources and a maximum work ethic, GBU is committed to producing quality crude palm oil and palm kernels. Apart from that, it is hoped that the presence of GBU will also provide benefits for stakeholders including the government, the community and workers. Responsibilities:

1. Verify each received invoice

2. Prepare payment requests 

3. Generate petty cash and cash advance reports

4. Input vouchers and journals for each financial transaction

5. Perform bank reconciliations

6. Preparing Financial Reports on time

7. Prepare data for tax reporting purposes

Qualifications:

1. Min. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation

2. Minimum 4 years of work experience as an Accounting Staff

3. Experience in the plantation sector is preferred

4. Able to work both independently and in a team

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate & ERP)
